Cleaning schedule maker · one-time purchase · nothing uploaded

Who cleans what, and when.

Tell it who lives in your home, how old they are and how much time they have. Count your rooms. Get a fair cleaning schedule: daily jobs that change hands every week, a chart for each child, the slow jobs spread over the year. Printable, and in your calendar.

The house on the right is the real engine at work, not a picture. Pick a home and a day; the names are a fictional example.

Why it sticks

Templates get ignored. Fair schedules get done.

  1. 01

    Built for your rooms

Count bathrooms, bedrooms, the laundry, a balcony, a pet. Out of 82 jobs in the library, only the ones your home needs make it in, as often as each one comes round.

  2. 02

    Fair by design

Age decides who can do a job alone, time decides how many. Daily jobs change hands every week. Days off stay off.

  3. 03

    Honest about time

If your home asks more time than your household gave, the maker shows which days, before you print. Lighten the standard, move work to the weekend, or add a helper.

Rotation

Nobody keeps the dishes forever.

The jobs that come round every day are the ones people resent. Each belongs to one person for a week, then moves on. This is the family example, straight from the engine.

Leo’s jobs

Tick a box when a job is done. A grey box means it is someone else’s turn that day.

Children

A chart each child can tick.

Give a child an age and a little time, and they get jobs they can do alone: tidy the toys at three, the towels at six, the vacuum at nine. Their own page shows only their jobs, with a grey box when it is someone else’s turn.

The slow jobs

The oven, once a season. Not all in one weekend.

Seasonal jobs live on their own year page, spread so no month gets heavy. Touch a month.

Scroll sideways. These are the example’s own pages: Week 1 of 4 is landscape so seven days have room.

Privacy, in plain words

Your household stays in your house.

The names, ages and rooms you enter never leave your browser. The schedule, the PDF and the calendar file are built there. The only things that ever leave your device are the payment (handled by Stripe) and a short unlock code that proves you paid.

We test this claim with an automated check before every release: unique made-up entries must not appear in any network request.

Questions

Before you make one.

How is this different from a cleaning schedule template?
A template is the same for every home. This one starts from your rooms and your people: two bathrooms get two sets of bathroom jobs, a child gets only jobs a child can do, and nobody gets a job on their day off.
Does it tell me which products to use?
No. It says what to clean and when, and who does it. It never recommends products or chemicals; follow the label of whatever you use.
What if we do not have enough time for everything?
The maker says so before you print: it lists the days that ask more than the time someone gave. Give someone more time, choose a lighter standard, or move the weekly jobs to the weekend.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The maker runs in your browser and the PDF and the calendar file are built on your device. The only things that leave your device are the payment, handled by Stripe, and a short unlock code that proves you paid.
Who is behind this?
Divil d.o.o., a small company in Slovenia, EU. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record, which handles tax, receipts and refunds in your country.

People, rooms, how thorough. Then the fridge door.
